Well, it seems that I’m now on the home straight – only few touch-ups here and there required, and the antennas (I really hate this part). I have to look in my wife’s closet  – hope she has some unnecessary black tights…

The landing gear fits just perfect. Added only the piping, and the side number, using Montex masks – these worked perfect, as usual.

Wing-mounted machine guns are from Master (Mauser MG 151/20, very characteristic feature of Hei variant). The guns in Hasegawa’s box are useless in my opinion. Tried to drill them, but no hope to get them look like real guns, so replacement was a must.

My hands were shaking when pulling off the masks from the canopy, but it seems that everything is just fine. The Montex masks used inside matched perfectly with Eduard’s set used outside. Phew 🙂
