It’s been a while since my last post here, reasons as usual – almost no time for the hobby, list of the started models is growing, so the stash of the unopened boxes. Anyway, I’m struggling to have some things finished, like this particular kit.
Indeed, it is not a lucky guy – removing the masks from the transparencies destroyed some of the canopy frames – probably the primer and the paint didn’t work together well and the masks themselves have been on for too long – my fault, lesson learned.
Did my best to resolve the problem, but the close-ups reveal the sad truth. It looks really bad.
Nevertheless, this kit deserves to be finished, so I added the guns, landing lights, handles, and other small bits, next I will make the weathering and I think that from a distance, in the second row on the shelf it will look fine.
